When you support the campaign, you elevate the quality of life in our communities that are served by the University’s three Missouri campuses. Missouri State makes a significant difference in the lives of local residents: We offer arts and culture, we are committed to the revitalization of the downtown area and we’re one of the city’s largest employers.

In addition, we serve as an incubator of ideas and a place where innovative thinking is encouraged. This results in a highly educated workforce, which brings better-paying jobs and new corporations to the region.

Your investment in Our Promise will reach beyond Missouri State’s three campuses as well. The University’s public affairs mission, our pledge to make the world a better place, permeates everything we do.

The University wants all members of its community to be connected to real-world issues and to participate as informed voters and volunteers. Your support helps us mold students into ethical leaders who will put the public affairs mission into practice when they graduate, whether they are in Springfield or in Shanghai.
